Each attorney and staff member who signs in to the workspace. Clients who use the secure portal to answer questionnaires or upload documents don’t need a seat.
Normal casework — forms, drafts, evidence indexing, transcription — is included. If a firm’s volume is far outside the norm, we’ll talk about it with you first, never through a surprise invoice.
