§ 02On the same platform

Real support for the rest of your practice.

The same seven agents, the same approval queue and the same audit trail — applied to the document-heavy work of four more practices.

IV.a · Personal injury

Medical records in, chronology out.

Agents read the records you collect, build a dated medical chronology, total the specials and draft the demand — while the statute of limitations stays on the calendar.

  1. EVMedical records ingested and sorted by provider
  2. EVChronology with page cites; specials summarized
  3. DRDemand letter drafted from the chronology
  4. DKLimitations date and liens tracked
  5. Attorney approves the demand

IV.b · Estate planning

One intake, the whole plan drafted.

Family and asset intake becomes a full document set from your firm’s templates — then checklists for the signing ceremony and for funding the trust, so nothing is left half done.

  1. INFamily, fiduciaries and assets collected
  2. DRWill, trust, POA and directive from your templates
  3. CLPlain-language summary for the client

IV.c · Bankruptcy

Pay stubs and statements become schedules.

Agents gather the documents a petition needs, extract the income for means-test preparation, prefill the schedules and statement of financial affairs, and prepare the client for the 341 meeting.

  1. INPay stubs, returns and statements collected
  2. EVIncome extracted for means-test prep
  3. FMSchedules and SOFA prefilled, sourced
  4. CL341 meeting prep sent to the client

IV.d · Employment

Every event dated. Every window watched.

Intake becomes a sourced timeline of the employment relationship. Agents draft agency charge support and demand letters, and the Docket Agent keeps charge-filing windows in view.

  1. INIntake and documents from the client
  2. EVTimeline of employment events, sourced
  3. DRAgency charge support and demand letter
  4. DKCharge-filing window calculated and tracked

§ 03Multi-practice firms

One client. Every matter.

Run immigration and family matters side by side — shared clients, shared documents, one audit trail. Most firms don’t practice one kind of law, and their clients’ problems don’t stay in one practice either.

  1. i.
    Shared clients

One client record across every matter, in every practice.

  2. ii.
    Shared documents

Upload a marriage certificate once; every matter that needs it can cite it.

  3. iii.
    One audit trail

Every action, across every matter, on the same record.

Illustration: one sample client with an immigration matter and a family law matter that share documents, with matter-level permissions.
§ 04Attorney in the loop

Seven practices. One rule.

However different the work, every workflow ends in the same place: a licensed attorney reviews the work product and the sources behind it, and decides.

JurisAgent is software for attorneys. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not decide which issues matter in a case — you do.

§ 05Deadlines by practice

Different practices, different clocks.

The Docket Agent knows which dates matter in each kind of matter, reads them from the documents that set them and shows its computation. Your attorneys verify every one.

I

Immigration

RFE and NOID response windows, biometrics and interview dates, receipt notices, status expirations.

“RFE response due 2026-12-04 (87 days from notice date).”

II

Family law

Disclosure deadlines, mediation sessions, hearings, temporary-order dates.

“Financial disclosure · Matter #2026-0388 · due Nov 20.”

III

Criminal defense

Arraignment, motion deadlines, hearings and speedy-trial calculations per jurisdiction rules.

“Speedy-trial computation shown.” Attorney verifies

IV.a

Personal injury

Statute-of-limitations dates, notice-of-claim deadlines, lien follow-ups.

“Limitations date computed from date of incident.”

IV.b

Estate planning

Signing ceremonies, funding follow-ups, periodic plan reviews.

“Brokerage retitling · follow up in 14 days.”

IV.c

Bankruptcy

341 meeting dates, document deadlines from the trustee, objection deadlines.

“341 meeting notice read · prep sent for approval.”

IV.d

Employment

Agency charge-filing windows and the deadline to sue after a right-to-sue notice.

“Right-to-sue notice received · 90-day window calendared.”

§ 06Questions

Practice not listed?

Tell us what you’d hand to an agent first — request early access or write to [email protected].

Practice questions, plain answers.

Which practice areas are deepest at launch?

Immigration, family law and criminal defense have the deepest workflows at launch. Personal injury, estate planning, bankruptcy and employment are supported on the same platform, with the same agents, approval queue and audit trail.

Do you support our state’s forms?

Court forms and rules vary by state, especially in family law. Tell us where you practice when you request access, and we’ll show you exactly what’s covered for your jurisdiction during onboarding.

Can one firm use several practice areas?

Yes. Matters in different practices live in the same workspace, share client records and documents, and appear on one audit trail. Matter-level permissions keep teams separated where they need to be.

Does JurisAgent decide which legal issues matter?

No. Agents surface potential issues — with sources and cited authority — for attorney evaluation. Deciding what matters in a case, and what to file, is always the attorney’s call.

Our practice isn’t listed. Can we still use it?

Possibly. Much of the work — intake, document review, drafting from the record, deadline tracking — is shared across practices. Request early access and tell us about your workflows.

Bring your practice. We’ll bring the agents.
