Agents prepare. Attorneys approve.

One workspace. Seven agents. Every step approved.

JurisAgent combines a practice-aware matter workspace with specialized AI agents that do the preparation work — under your firm’s rules, with your approval.

Now onboarding a limited number of US firms.

Diagram: the platform in section. Firm playbooks set the rules, seven agents prepare the work, the attorney approval queue decides what leaves the firm, and the audit trail records every layer.
§ 01Matter workspace

Everything about a matter, in one place.

Parties, documents, forms, drafts, tasks, deadlines and the agent activity feed — one home per matter. Open a practice-aware template like “Marriage-based AOS,” “Contested divorce — CA” or “Felony — discovery heavy,” and the right agents join the matter.

Illustration: the matter workspace for a sample marriage-based adjustment of status matter, showing parties, forms, documents, drafts, the agent feed, deadlines and an item awaiting attorney approval.
  1. Practice-aware templates. The matter type sets the forms, checklists and agents that join.

  2. One activity feed. Every agent action on the matter, in order, with its source.

  3. Dates extracted, not typed. Deadlines come from the notices themselves.

  4. Your queue. Anything that leaves the firm waits here for you.

§ 02The agents

Specialists that hand off like a well-run team.

Each agent owns one part of the work. For each one, here is what it reads, what it produces — and what stays your decision.

01

INIntake Agent

Runs multilingual client questionnaires, collects documents and checks completeness.

“Intake 92% complete — missing 2019 tax transcript, marriage certificate translation.”

Reads
Questionnaire answers, IDs, certificates, tax transcripts, pay stubs.
Produces
Completeness checklist, document requests, translation needs, conflict flags.
You approve
Conflict flags and every request before it reaches the client.
02

FMForms Agent

Prefills government and court forms and checks every form against the others.

“DOB mismatch between passport and I-485 Part 1.”

Reads
The intake record, passports, certificates, prior filings, current form editions and fees.
Produces
Prefilled forms with a source on every field, plus a cross-form consistency report.
You approve
Each flagged field’s resolution, and every form before filing.
03

DRDrafting Agent

Drafts letters, petitions, motions, declarations and disclosures in your firm’s style.

RFE response · Draft 2 · firm style · 31 sourced sentences

Reads
The matter record, your playbook’s templates and clauses, research memos, exhibits.
Produces
Drafts where every factual sentence links back to its source.
You approve
Every draft. Your edits are tracked; nothing is sent unsigned.
04

EVEvidence Agent

Indexes exhibits, transcribes audio and video, and builds source-linked timelines.

“Report: Miranda 21:14 · Body-cam: 21:31.” Flagged

Reads
Documents, photos, statements, discovery productions, audio and video.
Produces
Exhibit indexes, transcripts with speakers and timestamps, timelines, anomaly flags.
You approve
Exhibit selection and order. What a flag means is always your call.
05

DKDocket Agent

Reads notices and orders, calendars every deadline and escalates as it approaches.

“RFE response due 2026-12-04 (87 days from notice date).”

Reads
Receipt notices, RFEs, court orders, scheduling letters and applicable rules.
Produces
Calendared deadlines with the computation shown, and escalating reminders.
You approve
Each computed deadline — the agent shows its math, you verify it.
06

CLClient Agent

Drafts client updates and document requests, then delivers them through a secure portal.

“Your biometrics appointment notice arrived…” Pending approval

Reads
Matter status, new agent outputs, the client’s preferred language.
Produces
Plain-language updates, document requests and status messages.
You approve
Tone and substance of every message, before it is sent.
07

RSResearch Agent

Answers research questions with citations you can click, check and verify.

“Verify: authority not found in primary source.”

Reads
Your question, the matter facts and primary sources.
Produces
Memos with linked citations, and explicit flags where it is uncertain.
You approve
Every authority, before anyone relies on it.
§

You, the attorney

The only one who can file, send or sign.

Reads
The work product and the sources behind every fact in it.
Decides
Approve, edit, reject or send back with instructions.
Record
“Approved by attorney of record · 11:04.”
§ 03Handoffs

An RFE arrives. The team is already moving.

Agents pass work to each other inside the matter, so one incoming notice sets the whole response in motion — and the chain always ends at your desk, not at the filing window.

Diagram: a sample Request for Evidence workflow. Docket Agent calendars the deadline, Research Agent outlines the issue, Evidence Agent pulls exhibits, Drafting Agent drafts the response, the attorney approves in the queue, and only then is the package filed.

Illustrative sequence with sample data; timing varies by matter.

§ 04Approval queue

Your queue, your call.

Every form, draft, client message and calendar entry an agent produces lands here as a proposal — with its sources attached. Nothing files, sends or e-signs until a licensed attorney says so.

  • 01

Approve, edit or reject. Edit inline; your changes are recorded.

  • 02

Send back with instructions. The agent revises and returns it to the queue.

  • 03

Bulk-approve routine items — like calendar entries you’ve already verified.

  • 04

Open flags block approval until someone resolves them.

JurisAgent is software for attorneys. It does not provide legal advice.

§ 05Source linking

Every claim has a receipt.

Click any prefilled field or drafted sentence to see the exact page, line or timestamp it came from. If an agent can’t find a source, it says so — it doesn’t fill the gap.

Illustration: a drafted sentence in a cover letter is linked to the highlighted line on page 1 of a sample marriage certificate.
Passport p.2

Page & line

Forms fields and drafted facts point to the page and line of the document they came from.

BWC 01:12:40

Timestamp

Transcripts and timelines point to the second of audio or video where it happened.

Stmt 03/26 · row 41

Row & statement

Schedules and disclosures point to the statement, page and transaction behind each number.

§ 06Firm playbooks

Your firm’s way, every time.

Playbooks hold the templates, clauses, cover-letter style and checklists your agents follow. Write them once; every matter of that type starts from them. Changing a playbook is an attorney decision too.

  • TemplatesCover letters, petitions, motions and client letters in your format.
  • ClausesApproved language the Drafting Agent uses — and the language it never uses.
  • StyleHow you cite exhibits, address officers and courts, and sign off.
  • ChecklistsWhat must be in the file before a package can reach your queue.

§ 07Audit trail

A record of every action.

What each agent read, what it produced, what changed, and who approved it — kept as an append-only log for every matter and exportable whenever you need to show your work.

Illustration: the audit log for a sample matter, listing agent reads and writes, an attorney edit and an attorney approval, with an export control.
Read

Every document and page an agent relied on.

Produced

Every form field, draft and message it created.

Changed

Every edit, with the before and after.

Approved

Who signed off, on what, and when.

§ 09Questions

Want to see it run?

Book a demo and we’ll walk a sample matter from intake to approval.

How the platform behaves.

Do agents ever act on their own?

Agents prepare work and propose actions inside the matter. Anything that leaves the firm — a filing, a client message, a signature request — waits in the approval queue for a licensed attorney.

What happens when an agent isn’t sure?

It flags the item instead of guessing. Inconsistent dates, missing sources and unverifiable citations show up as open flags, and open flags block approval until someone resolves them.

Can we change what an agent drafts?

Yes. Edit inline in the queue, or send it back with instructions. Your edits are kept in the audit trail, and lasting preferences belong in your firm’s playbook.

Who can see a matter?

Access follows your firm’s roles and matter-level permissions, so ethical walls hold inside the workspace as well as outside it.

Does it replace our practice management software?

It doesn’t have to. JurisAgent is the workspace where matter preparation happens; integrations with common tools are on our roadmap.

Watch the agents work a sample matter.

We’ll run an RFE from notice to approval on sample data — in your practice area, with your questions.

No commitment — a short call with the team building it.
